ASAP Start

We are currently looking for an organised and reliable Order Processing Administrator to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate paperwork and records, supporting delivery administration, and using warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor stock levels and investigate inventory records.

Duties:
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Entering and updating orders on company systems
  • Checking product availability and stock levels
  • Communicating with customers about orders and delivery dates
  • Preparing invoices, delivery notes and other paperwork
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records
  • Handling returns, refunds and order amendments
  • Supporting general office administration
  • Ensuring orders are completed and dispatched on time
  • Have good initiative and be keen to learn
Candidate Requirements:
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident working with computer systems and databases.
  • Comfortable handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
  • A good communicator with a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in order processing, stock administration, logistics, warehouse administration or a WMS environment would be advantageous.
