Administrator Theatres Elland Private hospital Part-time 15 hours Competitive Salary and Great benefits

Spire Elland Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Theatre administration team on a Part-time Basis 15 hours over 2 days Wednesday & Friday

Contract Type: Perm- Part-time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• - Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
• - Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
• - Relying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
• - Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
• - Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
• - Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
• - Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.

Who we're looking for:

• - Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction
• - Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
• - Exceptional phone manner
• - Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
• - Enthusiastic and energetic professional
