Temporary Data Administrator

Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately transferring data from the original system to a new platform, ensuring information is correctly entered, validated, and maintained throughout the transition process.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and data processing skills who enjoy working with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

• Transfer data from an existing system into a new database.
• Verify and validate information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
• Update records and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Liaise with internal departments to clarify and obtain missing data where required.
• Undertake general administrative duties associated with the data migration project.

Person Specification-Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration or data entry role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
