Senior Lettings Administrator / PA to Director

Fulham, SW6 Competitive salary circa £37,000 Full-time

The Opportunity

Join a well-established,award winning independent London estate agency with a strong reputation for excellence in prime residential lettings and sales. Based at our busy Fulham branch in a vibrant riverside location, this senior dual role combines high-level lettings administration with trusted PA support to the Director. You'll be a key member of the team, ensuring the lettings function runs smoothly while providing professional, proactive support at director level. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced lettings administrator who wants greater responsibility, visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to make a real impact in a professional yet supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities - Lettings Administration

• Oversee the end-to-end lettings process, from offers and referencing through to tenancy agreements, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation, including Right to Rent checks, deposit protection, safety certificates (gas, EPC, EICR), and inventory processes.
• Maintain accurate records on the property management system and support the lettings team with documentation and queries.
• Liaise with the property management centre as required (no hands-on property management duties).

PA to Director

• Provide high-level administrative and organisational support, including diary management, correspondence, reporting, and project coordination.
• Act as a professional first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Director.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and contribute to the efficient running of the branch.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' solid experience in residential lettings administration within an estate agency.
• Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and processes.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Confident communication skills and a professional, proactive approach.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g. Reapit or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Previous PA or senior support experience is advantageous but not essential.
