Project Administrator

Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Contract: Initial 3 months
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Monday Thursday onsite, Friday working from home
Rate: Negotiable

We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a well-established business based in Bordon on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills and previous experience supporting projects, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project team and Project Managers.
• Maintaining and updating project documentation, records and trackers.
• Assisting with project schedules, plans and progress reports.
• Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and recording actions.
• Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project information is kept up to date.
• Monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding actions.
• Using Microsoft Office applications to support the smooth running of projects.

• Previous experience in a Project Administrator or similar project support role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project planning tools.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules and progress trackers.

• Based in Bordon, Hampshire.
• Monday to Thursday onsite, with Friday working from home.
• Initial 3-month contract.
• Immediate start available.
• Rate negotiable depending on experience.
