Part Time Administrator

Location: Catterick, North Yorkshire
Pay: £14.00 per hour Paid Weekly
Hours: 22.5 hours per week Flexible Working Pattern
Contract: Temporary Immediate Start, ongoing until at least Summer 2027

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Site Administrator to support a busy construction project based at Catterick in North Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator who is immediately available and looking for a flexible, part-time temporary role.

You will be supporting the day-to-day administration of a large construction project, helping the site team with general office duties and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Previous construction experience would be beneficial but is not essential. We are looking for someone with good administration skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Providing general administrative support to the construction site team.

• Managing emails, documentation and general correspondence.

• Updating spreadsheets, records and project information.

• Supporting with filing, data entry and document management.

• Assisting the site management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Liaising with colleagues and contractors where required.

• Ensuring paperwork and records are kept organised and up to date.

• Providing additional administrative support as required.

• Previous experience in an administration or office support role.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A confident communicator who is happy supporting a busy team.

• Someone reliable, flexible and able to work independently.

• Previous experience within construction or site administration would be an advantage but is not essential.

• Must be able to meet the relevant security and site clearance requirements.
