| Description: | EA / Project Coordinator for Investment back high growth firm Hybrid - Birmingham - Salary 40- 45k Our client is an investment backed professional services business going through an accelerated growth programme, which has led to an exciting new role being created within its Projects and Integration function. Sitting at the heart of the team, this is a varied role combining high-level Executive Assistant support with hands-on project coordination across the acquisition and integration process. Working closely with an inspirational Head of Function and senior project leaders, you will provide the organisation and coordination that keeps multiple workstreams, meetings, stakeholders and deadlines moving. Applicants must have previous experience supporting senior leaders within a professional services environment as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders with exposure to projects, change, transformation or integration activity. You will need excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage detailed project information and work confidently with senior stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished EA who has gained exposure to project work and is looking to develop into a broader project coordination role while retaining the senior-level support responsibilities they already do well.
