Our client, a respected organisation is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support their leadership team on a interim basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Manage correspondence and maintain effective communication.
• Organise travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Assist with project management and special initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Sharepoint and other relevant software.
• A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
