Senior Insolvency Administrator

A leading national business recovery and restructuring firm is seeking an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator to join its growing Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insolvency professional to work on a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases while benefiting from the support, resources, and career development opportunities of a well-established national practice.

You will take ownership of a mixed caseload of insolvency appointments, working closely with managers, directors, and insolvency practitioners to deliver high-quality outcomes for stakeholders. The role offers exposure to a broad range of insolvency and restructuring projects, including administrations, liquidations, and complex advisory assignments.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years' corporate insolvency experience
• Proven experience managing insolvency cases from inception through to closure
• Strong knowledge of corporate insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation
• Ability to communicate confidently with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Confidence identifying and escalating key risks and issues
• A proactive and professional approach to client service
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• CPI, ACA, ACCA, or another relevant qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
