We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join a busy service team in Wales.

This is a varied role supporting customers, engineers and service management to ensure service contracts are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication and attention to detail are key.

As Service Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the service operation.

• Coordinate and maintain the contract diary, helping to ensure service and maintenance activities are scheduled and managed effectively.

• Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, dealing with queries where possible and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member.

• Support engineers with job scheduling, job information, parts and materials, ensuring they have the information and resources required to complete their work.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation, including engineer paperwork, asset information, KPI records and SharePoint files.

• Support parts and materials ordering, customer feedback, records, as well as other administration required to support the smooth running of the service team.

We're looking for a Service Administrator who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with a variety of customers and colleagues. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities and working in a busy environment.

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or coordination role.

• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records.

• Confident communication skills, both over the telephone and by email, with a professional and customer-focused approach.

• Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SharePoint or CRM systems would be advantageous.

• The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work positively as part of a wider team.
