Hackney, E5 Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Administrator to join our independent estate agency client based in Hackney, E5. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Sales team with all aspects of residential property administration, while also providing support across Lettings and Property Management when required. This is a varied position and would suit an organised, experienced property professional who can confidently manage their own workload, prioritise tasks and provide an excellent level of customer service. Responsibilities will include: - Providing comprehensive administrative support to the residential Sales team
- Managing general property, sales and lettings administration
- Ensuring compliance with current property regulations, legislation and internal procedures
- Preparing and issuing Memorandums of Sale
- Launching and updating properties on Rightmove, Zoopla and other marketing platforms
- Preparing window cards and general property marketing materials
- Processing property photographs and floor plans
- Completing AML checks and associated compliance administration
- Keeping social media and property marketing content up to date
- Liaising with colleagues across Sales, Lettings and Property Management
- Answering telephone calls and assisting each department when required
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining company policies and administrative procedures
- Providing holiday cover for Property Management and maintenance duties when required
- Ensuring deadlines are met and striving to exceed customer expectations
The successful candidate will: - Have previous Property Administration experience within an estate agency environment - essential
- Have experience supporting residential property sales and associated administration
- Have a good understanding of Property Management and Lettings processes
- Be familiar with current property legislation, regulations and compliance requirements
- Have experience using estate agency CRM/property software systems
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise their own workload
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Hold relevant professional property qualifications ideally, although these are not essential
Hours Monday to Thursday: 9.00am-6.00pm Friday: 9.00am-5.00pm Salary & Benefits £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. 28 days' holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays.
