Salary: 14.92
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Bognor Regis. This is an initial 2-week temporary assignment with the potential to be extended or become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

This role will support the sales function by preparing quotations, creating customer-facing presentations, and collating product information to support business-to-business sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing accurate sales quotations

• Producing professional presentation decks and customer proposals

• Gathering and organising product information for customer enquiries

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date

• Liaising with internal teams to obtain product and commercial information

• Assisting with commercial comparisons and reporting using Excel

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident Microsoft Excel user

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Professional and customer-focused approach

Desirable

• Previous sales administration or sales support experience

• Experience supporting B2B product sales environments

• Experience creating presentations using Canva

• Exposure to preparing quotations, proposals, or commercial comparisons
