Accident Management Administrator

Our client, a prominent national vehicle fleet management company based in Hampton, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Accident Management Administrator. Duties of a Accident Management Administrator:

• Manage accident claims efficiently, ensuring all communication with clients, insurers, and bodyshops is professional and accurate
• Record accident damage details in the company s Accident Management system
• Liaise with clients to ensure claim details are complete and accurate, following up on missing information
• Notify insurers of claim details and instruct bodyshops to arrange estimates
• Proactively manage vehicle repairs by liaising with bodyshops, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Process accident claims in compliance with client procedures, ensuring relevant documentation and communication with insurers and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and repair progress within the company s system

Requirements of a Accident Management Administrator:

• Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically in insurance claims, accident repair, or vehicle administration
• Knowledge of vehicle accident processes and claims handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively within a team
• Familiarity with Accident Management systems and insurance processes (preferred)
