SAP S/4HANA Experience Essential Hybrid Working Available After Initial 4 Weeks
Immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator with SAP S/4HANA experience to join a busy Project Team.
This is a varied project support role, working across materials, services, purchasing, requisitions, invoices, approvals and project closeout activities. You must be confident using SAP S/4HANA and able to support a fast-paced project environment.
Based in or close to Nottingham, with hybrid working available following the initial four weeks.
The Role:
- Support the Project Team with day-to-day administration
- Raise material and service demands within SAP S/4HANA
- Support purchasing and requisition processes
- Process invoices and support purchasing activities
- Manage approvals and workflows
- Support NCC and PCC amendments
- Assist with project closeout activities
- Maintain data quality and support reporting
- General project administration
The Person: - SAP S/4HANA experience is essential
- Previous Project Administration or Project Support experience
- Experience supporting purchasing, requisitions or invoice processes
- Strong IT and data management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to commute to Nottingham
- Available to interview and start immediately
