Description

• Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules effectively.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
• Prepare and organise materials for meetings and presentations.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of senior leaders.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Assist in event planning and coordination when required.
• Monitor and manage expenses and budgets as directed.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Offer

• A salary ranging from 40,500 to 49,500, dependent on the level of experience.
