Stores Admin Assistant University

Location: Glasgow
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Assistant to work within one of Glasgow's leading universities.

This cover is a 1 week temporary cover, starting on Monday 14th September 2026, covering Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, checking and storing deliveries

• Picking and distributing stock across the university

• Maintaining accurate stock records

• Keeping the stores organised and tidy

• Following health and safety procedures

• Supporting the wider team with general stores duties

Ideal Candidate:

Previous stores experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and well organised, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to start or develop their career within a university environment.
