Sales Administrator/PA - St Johns Wood - £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Our client, a boutique estate agency based in St Johns Wood are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator/PA to join their team. The job involves supporting the Sales Department and the Director, which is a busy role that requires multi-tasking, a professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Money Laundering checks / ID on every instruction
• Ensuring sales checklist is up to date
• Writing property descriptions in agreed format to include all key selling points
• Diary management / Arranging appointments
• Email Management/Answering the phone/Meeting and greeting clients
• Advertising and Marketing
• Assist with new instructions and ensure property checklist is followed for all new instructions
• Liaising with clients
• Portal management - Featured properties
• Diarise/organise company social events
• Run the administration for the sales department
• Prepare and produce Instruction letters for sales properties
• Preparing and chasing terms of business
• Prepare all sales invoices
• Deal with IT queries
• Ordering photographs, floor plans and EPC's
• Prepare window cards and ensure window display is up to date
• Order general office supplies and make sure sufficiently stocked
• Securing clients keys and maintaining the key register
• Responding to queries and problems

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years' experience doing in a sales admin within property or a similar role
• Knowledge of Reapit preferable
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer facing and presentation skills
• High level of written and spoken English and maths skills for invoicing
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Working Arrangements: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm office based
