| Description: | Sales Support Co-ordinator Harlow, Essex £29,000 - £31,000 Permanent We're working with an established client who are looking for an organised, proactive Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team in Harlow. This is a hands-on sales support and administration role, rather than a sales position. You'll act as the link between Sales and Operations, helping to coordinate the process from initial enquiry through to live engineering works and project completion. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident, commercially aware and not afraid to pick up the phone or get stuck in. You'll need to be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple priorities and spot when something needs attention. Key Responsibilities Provide administration and coordination support to the Sales team. Manage enquiries, appointments and quotation follow-ups. Maintain CRM and business management systems. Prepare job packs and Sales Handover documentation. Coordinate handovers between Sales and Operations. Liaise with Project Managers and internal teams to resolve queries. Manage project variations, ensuring changes are documented, approved and communicated. Ensure variations are correctly captured for commercial management and billing. Support tenders, technical documentation and quantity take-offs. Help improve sales administration and project handover processes. About You Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating by phone and email. Proactive and comfortable chasing information and resolving issues. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience using CRM/business management systems. Commercially aware with a good understanding of accurate billing. A positive "get stuck in" attitude. Experience within telecoms, engineering, construction, structured cabling or a similar technical environment would be advantageous, but the right attitude and transferable skills are key. The Details Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 Location: Harlow, Essex Working pattern: Office-based for the first 6 months, then 1 day working from home per week. Travel: Some UK travel and occasional overnight stays may be required. Driving licence: Required. | |
