Hourly rate: Competitive (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08:45am - 16:45pm, finish at 13:30pm on a Friday

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Newmarket, Suffolk is looking for a full time, temporary on-going Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team.

As Sales Support Coordinator, your duties will include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative and sales support to the team
• Processing customer orders and enquiries
• Preparing quotations, paperwork and sales documentation
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Supporting the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently
• Helping on the shop floor during quieter periods

An ideal candidate for the Sales Support Coordinator will be:

• Organised and confident with administration
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Reliable, flexible and willing to get stuck in
• Happy working across both office and shop-floor environments
• Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
• A team player with a positive attitude
• A confident driver with a full UK driving licence.
