Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team.
• Manage and organise legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the legal team.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
• Support with other administrative duties as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Assistant to the Legal Team should have:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from 50,000 to 60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position within the West London area.
