Role Overview This is a hybrid Executive Assistant position supporting senior leadership, requiring a highly organised, proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements Essential experience includes:

• Executive Assistant support at Director, Executive Team or Board level
• Extensive diary and inbox management
• Organising and coordinating meetings, committees and governance activities
• Producing high-quality Board, Committee and Meeting minutes
• Preparing agendas, papers and presentations
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Resilient, proactive and tenacious approach
