Evening Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house support on an ad hoc basis. This role would suit someone with previous reception, customer service or administrative experience who is available to work evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
• Answering and directing telephone calls and enquiries
• Dealing with general queries in a helpful and professional manner
• Supporting with basic administrative and reception duties
• Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional reception area

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer-facing work
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Friendly and approachable manner
• Reliable and flexible approach to ad hoc evening and weekend shifts
• Comfortable working independently and dealing with a range of visitors and enquiries
