A leading wealth management firm requires an administrator to join their training and development team to provide focused, short-term administrative support.

The role:

• Monitor and manage the Training & Development shared inbox, filing emails appropriately
• Chase individuals for missing certificates and maintain records of requests and responses
• Upload qualification certificates and supporting documents to the internal system Comply, ensuring records are accurate and correctly filed
• Prepare CPD import spreadsheets for review
• Upload Leadership Development and Academy programmes and participant records
• Assist with Cross Border guidance documents, monitoring returns and issuing attestations

The ideal candidate:

• Previous administrative experience with high-volume data entry, document management or system maintenance essential
• Enjoys working in a fast paced changing environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to checking and maintaining records
• Confident communicating across all levels of business
• Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and accurately track progress
• Experience using Comply is desirable but not essential
