• Quantify cases/applications on behalf of the legal team.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with clients and courts.
• Prepare and format legal documents with precision and care.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
• Assist with file management and ensure accurate record-keeping.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Secretary, PA or in a similar administrative role within the professional services sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and case management software.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
