Our client is a globally recognised authority on workplace culture, best known for certifying and ranking the world's best employers. Every year, thousands of organisations submit detailed evidence of their people and HR practices for review - and it's this evaluation process that shapes some of the most respected "Best Workplace" rankings in the UK and beyond. They're now looking for a Workplace Evaluator to join the team on a 4-month fixed-term contract, playing a genuinely meaningful role in the accuracy and integrity of that process. What you'll be doing- Reviewing and evaluating client submissions (typically around 20,000 words each) covering people and HR programmes and practices, against a structured assessment framework.
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations and assessment outcomes using internal systems.
- Supporting the preparation of published rankings and certification decisions, including relevant checks.
- Handling client information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Taking part in training, team meetings and calibration sessions to ensure consistency across evaluations and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Compiling best practices and research insights into a structured database.
What we're looking for- A genuine interest in workplace culture, employee experience, HR, organisational psychology, business or organisational development.
- Experience with qualitative analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistently accurate work.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to identify common people/HR practices and policies within organisations.
- The ability to follow a structured evaluation process while staying curious and open to learning.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a wider team.
- Comfort giving and receiving critical feedback, both in group discussions and one-to-one.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Bonus points for: a completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, HR, Psychology or a related discipline. What's on offer- Pension scheme.
