About the role: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Leadership Team, managing diaries, meetings, events, reports, projects and key deadlines while acting as a trusted link with the wider business. You will be proactive, commercially aware and highly organised, with the discretion to handle confidential information and the confidence to anticipate priorities, work independently and ensure tasks are followed through. About you: To be a successful Executive Assistant, you will have proven experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support, ideally within a professional services or accountancy environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong calendar management and minute-taking skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, discretion and the ability to build effective relationships. You will be a confident problem-solver who can manage deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of your workload.
