We're recruiting for a Office Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team providing essential workwear and uniform services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and taking ownership of a varied workload.

No previous industry experience is required. Full training will be provided, including training on garment embroidery, systems, and processes. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

As Workwear Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service while supporting the day-to-day running of the workwear operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and distributing laundry using an on-site vehicle

  • Liaising with external laundry providers

  • Maintaining locker inventory and updating records

  • Processing customer orders and resolving queries

  • Receiving deliveries and notifying customers when items arrive

  • Carrying out garment embroidery (full training provided)

  • Processing returns and managing stock movements

  • Completing stock counts and supporting stock takes

  • Producing KPI reports and administrative documentation

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to the workwear centre

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  • Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers and colleagues

  • Providing occasional cover at another local site when required

About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence

  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Enjoy delivering excellent customer service

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Are proactive, reliable, and willing to learn

  • Can work independently and use their initiative

  • Remain calm and professional in a busy environment

  • Take pride in delivering high-quality work
