PSK Design are currently recruiting for a Document Controller & Admin Assistant to join us in Sale, Cheshire with flexible start times.

The successful Document Controller will be responsible for:

• Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents
• Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant Stakeholders
• Implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in document management
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits or project reviews
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates of documents
• Monitor document versioning to ensure that the latest versions are being used across projects
• Implement ISO9001 procedures and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance prior to yearly inspection

Admin & Office Support:

• Provide general administrative support to various departments
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately.
• Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations when required.
• Maintain office supplies and stationery, always ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Support and report into the office manager

The Document Controller will have:

• Previous experience in an office administration or office assistant role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent filing, record-keeping, and document management skills
• Experience with procedures and systems
