Temporary Administrator

Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Administrator to work for a well-known organisation based in Banbury.

Role: Temporary Administrator

Salary: 14.35 Per Hour

Location: Banbury

Hours: 09:00 to 17:00

This role is being offered on a 3-month contract with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrator:

• Processed transport documentation, delivery notes, and driver paperwork.
• Maintained accurate records of vehicle usage, driver hours, and compliance documentation.
• Liaised with drivers, warehouse staff, customers, and third-party transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Scheduled deliveries, collections, and route planning to meet customer deadlines.
• Responded to telephone and email enquiries, providing timely updates on deliveries and transport issues.
• Entered and updated transport data using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Supported the transport manager with general administrative tasks and operational planning.

About you:

• Previous Administration experience
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
