Your new companyYou'll be working for a government organisation's national head office based in BristolWork PatternHybrid working, once a week in the officeFlexi-hoursFull-time roleYour new roleYou'll be joining the grants team to assist in the development of processes and procedures:

• Analysing current guidance to reconcile application pathways
• Analysing data obtained through applicant details to develop grant information.
• Monitor feedback from external and internal stakeholders
• Ad hoc admin to assist the wider team

What you'll need to succeed

• Office administration experience, projects, or a PA/EA background is best suited to this type of position.
• Ability to start without notice (1 week notices are accepted).
• Ability to thrive in adapting your role to suit current team needs.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
• Probative approach to communication and self development.
