As a PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Directors and Partners, helping them manage their busy schedules, client relationships, and day-to-day priorities. You will become a trusted member of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing proactive diary management and administrative support to Directors and Partners
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and client documentation
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting client communications and relationship management
  • Helping improve processes and ensuring senior leaders can focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
About You:

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional, and naturally proactive. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things moving.

You may already be working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar role within professional services, finance, legal, accountancy, or another client-focused environment.

You will bring:
