Location: Darby House Telford TF3 4JA/ Hybrid

Hours: 37 Monday-Friday

Contract: up to 6 months

Role Overview:

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Telford and Wrekin Council for a Business Support Officer to carry out a range of administrative duties within the Children's Social Care Service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance of accurate records and systems
• Diary & inbox management
• Organising meetings & room bookings
• Minute taking for live meetings
• Initiate and process routine correspondence, reports and other documents as directed, to support professionals.
• Processing payments and invoices

The successful candidate will be confident with a range of IT systems and have previous minute taking experience.
