Facilities Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Facilities Receptionist to join a dynamic public sector organisation based in Tooting, South West London.

As the Facilities Receptionist you will:

• Be first point of contact for members of the public, or in house professionals contacting the department.
• Deal with telephones enquiries bookings and day to day receptionist duties.
• Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal, use initiate and hold good IT and team working skills.
• Be able to work independently using your own initiative while maintaining your role as a strong team player. You will have excellent telephone and IT skills
• Have previous experience of receptionist work.
