Customer Service Assistant - Stonehouse - Permanent - Salary up to 25,350 - 37.5 hour week - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Our Client is a large Distribution company who are looking to grow their current Customer Service team due to high demand in their products. They are looking for a friendly, approachable person with the ability to cope under pressure and work effectively and multi task in a busy environment, previous experience in Customer Service roles partnered alongside administrative duties would be desirable, The successful candidate also needs to be a reliable and punctual person with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team,

The role as Customer Service Assistant will involve;

• Receive a large number of incoming calls as a first point of call in to the business
• Direct calls to other departments if necessary
• Place orders via telephone or email
• Input orders efficiently and accurately
• Liaise with other departments to ensure products are dispatched and delivered on time
• Reception cover (adhoc)
• Solve customer queries
• See orders through start to delivery
• To communicate regularly with Representatives to ensure excellent customer service
