Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.93 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join one of our well-established clients based in Stoke. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to join a busy operations team in a varied administrative role.

The Role

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both the Warehouse and Transport departments, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through accurate administration and data management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collating warehouse statistics and KPI reports

  • Managing fleet administration, including vehicle safety checks, fuel cards and insurance requests

  • Processing weekly warehouse and transport consumable orders

  • Carrying out weekly consumable stock checks

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate information on the ERP system

  • Filing and distributing Risk Assessments (RA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)

  • Maintaining and updating SOP documentation

What we're looking for, for this Operations Administrator role:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics or transport environment

  • Strong IT and computer skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills

  • A proactive, hard-working and customer-focused attitude

  • A willingness to identify and suggest process improvements

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, Maths and IT
