Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and the wider team
  • Assisting with the processing of new business applications
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Preparing client documentation and meeting packs
  • Liaising with product providers to obtain information and updates
  • Assisting with client review administration
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Handling client queries via telephone and email
  • Supporting compliance and data management processes
  • General office administration and ad-hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services, banking, insurance, or a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Must be able to work full-time from the office

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to financial services administration
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, or protection products
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Interest in developing a career within financial planning
