EA-RS Group is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to work on a busy Service desk due to increased workload.

What We're Looking For:

To create and nurture customer relationships that will build the foundations for loyalty and enduring value, by providing "world class" customer service, ensuring responsibility and accountability to the continuous improvement process.

Communicating with Customers, Engineers and all EA-RS Group personnel, working to the Company KPI's. Support the engineering team to ensure calls are booked and completed in a methodical way, in line with SLA's.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate engineer, subcontractor and customer bookings in line with SLA requirements.
  • Manage and progress service calls through the service management system.
  • Maintain accurate engineer calendars, customer portals and CRM records.
  • Arrange and distribute required documentation, including RAMS, permits and booking forms.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance visits alongside reactive service calls where possible.
  • Process quotes, raise work orders and coordinate parts ordering with internal teams.
  • Ensure customer communications are responded to within agreed timescales.
  • Provide administrative support and cover for team members as required.
  • Maintain accurate records, call notes and internal communications.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, engineers and internal departments.
