Team Support Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a Team Support Worker to join a busy Duty Team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and those preparing for adulthood. This role is key to ensuring smooth service delivery and providing proactive support to both the team and the people who draw on our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with individuals who draw on support, as well as internal and external professionals.
• Complete reports and redact sensitive information accurately.
• Process cash requests in line with departmental procedures.
• Use Liquid Logic to input contacts, resolve issues, and signpost financial matters for individuals where the department acts as an appointee.
• Manage a service email inbox and contribute to a front-facing team environment.
• Work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a professional telephone manner and update support plans as required.
• Liaise with other agencies to ensure coordinated support.
• Attend the office one day per week (with flexibility for additional attendance if required).

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with individuals who draw on support and professionals in a respectful and empathetic manner.
• Experience in report writing and handling confidential information.
• Competence in using case management systems (Liquid Logic experience preferred).
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
• Professional telephone manner and customer service skills.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Liquid logic
• Previous experience in a social care or learning disability setting.
