This is an exciting new opportunity to join the admin team at ASCO Fire Group. We are a Glasgow based company that specialises in all aspects of Fire Safety. You will be joining an industry leading business who trades nationwide in complete fire safety.

As a company, we seek enthusiastic, dynamic and collaborative individuals. We are looking for somebody who wishes to learn new skills and develop their role within the team.

Role outline

  • Receiving and responding to telephone and email enquires
  • Developing rapport and passing on leads to the sales team
  • Helping customers with queries
  • Producing documentation for clients
  • Data entry & invoicing
  • Liaise with the field team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
  • Systems management

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Competent computer skills including all areas of Microsoft
  • A forward thinker and team player
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Confidence and initiative
