We are recruiting for a purchasing administrator to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment.

  • Manage outbound and inbound customer and supplier contacts to resolve queries, negotiate objections, and ensure commercial viability
  • Oversee vehicle return processes, ensuring timely invoicing and availability of vehicles for auction sale.Act as escalation point for internal finance invoicing and ledger queries
  • related to end-of-contract billing.Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vehicle collections, and auction partners to resolve discrepancies and support remarketing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs across all customer and supplier interactions and end-of-contract processes
  • Train team members on Used Car Business processes and uphold company values to drive excellent customer outcomes

What will you bring to the global premium automotive brand:

  • Strong customer service and complaint management skills, preferably in automotive or regulated leasing sectors.
  • Strong objection handling and outbound telephone communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills at all organisational levels.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
