We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking company in West Berkshire. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of business operations, helping to ensure processes are efficient, well-managed, and aligned with wider business objectives.Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing operational processes, issues, and internal records
Overseeing key business procedures and ensuring they run effectively
Providing clear, practical guidance to stakeholders across the business
Supporting internal reviews, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Analysing data and trends to provide insights and support decision-making
Assisting with reporting and general business administration
Managing a small team and supporting their development
Working collaboratively with teams across the business to enhance processes and performance
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role within a structured/ regulated environment
Strong understanding of business processes and best practices
Experience with internal reviews, reporting, or process improvement
Excellent communication and organisational skills
