Reception- Bristol

Job role: Temporary Corperate Reception

Start date: 30/03/2026

End date: 2 week role ( potential to be extended

Pay rate: 13.33 an hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8AM to 5PM

Location: Bristol BS1

Key Responsibilities:

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meeting rooms.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail with efficiency.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support our legal teams.
• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Previous reception or administrative experience, ideally within a legal environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT literacy.
