Senior Administrator (Regulatory)

My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Annual budget logging and monitoring
• Invoice logging and processing
• Updating master spreadsheets, registers, compliance checklists and the governance system
• Diary management for Trustees
• Meeting scheduling and arrangements
• Manage and organise travel arrangements and expenses
• Handling internal and external post and ensuring letters are acknowledged and passed to the appropriate provider
• Answer incoming telephone calls, providing assistance to callers
• Adopt a professional and responsible attitude to all client-related contact and associated matters
• Provide general office administration e.g.: filing, post etc
• Maintain an accurate and full record of all client-related time using the time-recording system
• Work closely and in harmony with other people
