Temporary Senior School Administrator - Enhanced DBS Check Essential

Location: Gedling, Nottinghamshire

Salary: c£13 / per hour, D.O.E.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Job Type: Temporary for approx. 6 - 12 weeks, dependent on the requirement

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with students, school colleagues, and parents via telephone and email
• Input data onto bespoke SIMS and MS Office packages
• Update Microsoft Excel to record confidential information
• Contact students for missing data, such as personal details and contact details
• Provide administration support to a busy management team

Skills & Experience:

• Full Enhanced DBS Check available on the update service
• Previous experience within a similar setting
• Advanced MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of using school databases including SIMS
• Strong diary management and co-ordination skills
