Telesales / Customer Services

We have a new opportunity to work with one of our clients in Watford.

This is an initial 12 month contract with the potential to become a permanent role.

You will have worked in a Telesales role or have a background in upselling in an office based role.

This is a varied position where you will manage clients day to day enquiries and make outbound sales calls. This is a Monday-Friday job working 8.45-5.15.

Salary ranges from 26000- 28000 with a bonus opportunity. You will be able to access a pension and have free parking, your holiday will be 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays.

The role requires excellent communication both written and verbal as well as exceptional customer service and sales.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling/upselling and provide attentive and personalised assistance to incoming customer enquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to promote the products and services.
