Work Schedule: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Office based - please note there is no option to work from home with this role

Key Responsibilities:

As the Office Administrator, you will be the face of the organisation and a vital support system for the team. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Reception Duties: Warmly greet visitors, prepare meeting rooms, and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
• Supply Management: Order office stationery and other essential supplies to keep the workplace running smoothly.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, facilities, and cleaning companies to ensure everything is in order.
• Travel & Meetings: Book travel arrangements, organise meetings, and assist with reporting.
• Office Oversight: Take responsibility for office equipment and ensure functionality.
• Event Planning: organise engaging events that enhance the workplace culture.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Be ready to tackle various tasks as they arise!

What We're Looking For:
