| Description: | Junior PA / Artist Manager PA Duties: • Project tracking; assist mapping of all current, past, future projects for CEO and wider team collectively. • Minute taking • Information Management: filing and distributing information/files/assets where requested. • Accounts: completing personal and business expenses, travel requisitions • Diary management; arranging business and personal meetings/appointments. • Travel arrangements • Brand management • Ad hoc assistance • Manage artists’ and company general enquiry inboxes. Artist Management: • PRS performance registrations. • Assist tour manager • Manage Artist and band diaries as well as Mastertour • Assist with Merchandise campaigns and logistics.
