Our dynamic, ambitious and forward-thinking client is one of the UK s leading specialists in sign making and is looking for a motivated and organised Project Support Administrator to join their successful and growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the business, providing essential administrative and coordination support to a team of Project Managers. You will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish, working closely with the Project Management, Sales and Delivery teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised and thrives in a busy working environment. Previous experience in Sales Administration or Project Administration would be advantageous. However, our client is equally happy to consider someone with strong general administration skills who is looking to develop their career. If you are enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Project Management team.
  • Setting up, organising and maintaining project folders and electronic files.
  • Uploading and saving project photographs and relevant information onto the company system.
  • Coordinating communication between Project Managers, Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Preparing and printing job packs and assignment paperwork for project teams.
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with purchasing requirements.
  • Liaising with the Delivery team and arranging the ordering of materials when required.
  • Booking Channel Tunnel crossings and courier services to facilitate overseas deliveries.
  • Preparing shipping and export documentation, including customs paperwork for international projects.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the Project Managers, Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

Personal Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, Sales Administration or Project Support role (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with the initiative to get things done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Above all, our client is looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable and keen to develop their skills within a successful and growing business.

Hours of Work:

The standard working week is 42.5 hours, with flexibility around start and finish times to help accommodate your preferences. 30 minutes is given for lunch, and this is an office-based role.

You can choose from the following working patterns:

  • 8.00am 4.30pm
  • 8.30am 5.00pm
  • 9.00am 5.30pm
  • 9.15am 5.45pm

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, ambitious and growing business within the sign-making industry. You will be joining a supportive team in a varied role where no two days are the same, with the opportunity to learn, develop and build a long-term career. For someone looking to take the next step in their administrative career, this really is a brilliant opportunity.
