What you'll be doing:

Escort court users into and out of the building and support preparations such as swearing oaths
Collect and deliver files and bundles to judiciary and clerks, ensuring the correct papers are in place

Assist the general public with questions and guidance during visits to hearings
Carry out general admin duties including filing, printing, data entry, and processing incoming and outgoing post
Prepare court documents and bundles-creating and updating records on internal systems, typing, and drafting standard letters

Support hearings via video link (onsite and remotely) when needed

What you'll bring:
A confident, friendly and composed manner when engaging with a wide variety of people
Strong communication skills, including the ability to give clear instructions and updates calmly under pressure
