Sales Administrator Golborne £23,000 £26,000

Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:00am 5:00pm, with an early finish at 3:00pm on Fridays

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and confident Sales Administrator to join a busy team based in Golborne.

This is a varied role that will involve providing administrative support, maintaining accurate records, assisting with sales processes and communicating with customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to their work. Previous sales administration experience would be advantageous, although candidates with general administration experience are also encouraged to apply.

You will be:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team

• Assisting with the processing and management of sales orders

• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal databases

• Liaising with customers to respond to enquiries and provide updates

• Supporting the sales team with quotations, order information and general enquiries

• Monitoring orders and helping to ensure customer requirements are met

• Communicating effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries professionally

• Ensuring all administrative documentation is accurate and kept up to date

• Supporting the team with general office duties as required

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues

• Helping to ensure the sales administration function runs efficiently

You will have:

• At least one year of previous administration experience

• Previous experience in a sales administration role would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A confident, personable and enthusiastic approach

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good attention to detail when handling orders, records and documentation

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good IT skills and confidence using office systems

You will receive:

• A salary of £23,000 £26,000 per year, depending on experience

• Working hours of 9:00am 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday

• An early finish at 3:00pm every Friday
